Contract Recruiter, Field Leadership

What You’ll Do

Drive the full lifecycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and offer negotiation, with both passive and active candidates across a variety of roles and levels.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract, nurture and engage passive talent pools.
Maintain accuracy and act as an expert user in all recruiting tools and systems.
Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders and leaders through well structured, frequent communication and reporting.
Support team learning/results through sharing best practices, market information and mentoring others.
Leverage data to diagnose recruiting challenges, propose solutions and influence stakeholders and cross functional partners.
Operate cross functionally and collaboratively in a culture of continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience in a corporate and/or agency environment.
• Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates, hiring managers and cross functional partners.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
• Experience and comfort with a data driven environment. Ability to use metrics to drive strategy and decision making.
• Partnership skills, action-oriented mind-set, and an ability to be responsive, tactful, and diplomatic.
• A sense of urgency to drive recruiting results and deliver for the business, while also effectively working together as part of a team.

About the Role

This position is a 6 months contract Recruiter role that requires working full-time and standard business hours, Monday-Friday. In office 2 days a week and WFH 3 days. Hourly rate: $33
