Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process for approximately 50 open positions, including sourcing, screening, and extending offers.
- Utilize ATS (UltiPro) to track candidates and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, particularly Nesha and Kimberly, to meet hiring deadlines and staffing goals.
- Affiliate in managing candidate flow from sourcing to hiring, primarily via Indeed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably within healthcare or community services.
- Familiarity with ATS systems, especially UltiPro, and sourcing on Indeed.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple openings and meet strict deadlines.
