Contract Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies.
• Manage best practices in the ATS and update and manage job postings as needed.
• Screen applications for qualified candidates and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Schedule and conduct in-person interviews, including second interviews with other stakeholders.
• Versally extend job offers and initiate pre-employment checks and processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Attend and participate in job fairs and sourcing outreach opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for high-volume roles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
