About the role

Our client, a global technology company, is seeking an experienced Contract Program Manager to support a worldwide legal and investigations organization focused on advancing AI adoption and operational excellence. Reporting into a global program leadership team, this individual will help implement AI-enabled investigative workflows, improve case management and reporting processes, drive operational excellence, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across legal, compliance, and investigative functions.

This is a 10-month contract with the potential to extend, working 40 hours per week. The position is based in Redmond, WA and follows a hybrid schedule, requiring three days onsite in office.

Responsibilities

AI & Data Enablement

  • Support integration between case management platforms and reporting dashboards for investigations, recovery efforts, and fraud initiatives
  • Manage CRM tagging, data quality, workflows, reporting, and leadership updates alongside engineering and program teams
  • Pilot and expand AI-enabled processes for intake, document preparation, regulatory monitoring, evidence management, and status reporting
  • Partner with forensic and digital investigation teams to improve workflows, create dashboards, and develop supporting documentation
  • Establish quality metrics and continuous improvement processes for AI-enabled operations
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 technologies, including Copilot and related productivity and automation tools

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain consistent processes for intake, case management, investigations, reporting, and case closure
  • Coordinate review meetings and ensure action items, ownership, and deadlines are clearly documented
  • Prepare dashboards, executive updates, regulatory response materials, reports, and closure documentation
  • Coordinate work across legal professionals, investigators, advisors, and other stakeholders to meet shared objectives
  • Identify potential risks early and provide leadership with recommendations and mitigation options

Requirements

  • Significant years of program management or legal experience supporting complex legal, compliance, investigations, or risk initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing materials for executive leadership
  • Experience implementing AI, automation, or emerging technologies into operational environments
  • Ability to translate legal, regulatory, or policy requirements into practical operational processes
  • Demonstrated judgment and discretion handling confidential or privileged information
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI and agentic workflows, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, and human review
  • Background supporting internal investigations, regulatory inquiries, anti-corruption, FCPA, or similar programs
  • Familiarity with case management systems, eDiscovery, and forensic evidence processes
  • Working knowledge of modern tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Python, scheduled automation, or evaluation frameworks
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, evidence management, or comparable enterprise platforms
  • Advanced degree such as a JD or MBA preferred but not required

Schedule

Hybrid schedule, requiring three days onsite in office (Redmond, WA).
