Contract Pediatrician (MD, Remote - Arizona)

Responsibilities

• Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes
• Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation
• Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations
• Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch
• Participation in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the AZ landscape - provider and patient attitudes towards care
• Identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license
• Board-certified Pediatrician
• Active DEA registration
• Experience with telehealth and value-based care models preferred
• Strong attention to detail and responsiveness during enrollment and credentialing activities
• Absence of Arizona Medicaid enrollment is acceptable
• Absence of Arizona state residency requirement is acceptable
