About the role
We are seeking a qualified RN - Labor and Delivery for a local contract position.
Responsibilities
- Providing specialized obstetric and gynecological nursing care
- Monitoring patient conditions and assisting during labor and delivery
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver quality care
- Providing direct patient care during labor, delivery, and postpartum
- Monitoring fetal and maternal health
- Assisting with medical procedures and emergencies
- Documenting patient information accurately
Qualifications and Skills
- Active RN license
- Experience in labor and delivery or obstetrics preferred
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Schedule
- Shift: 10-hour days
- Hours per week: 40
- Employment type: Local contract
