Contract Nurse - Immediate Start!

About the role

DelRicht Research is seeking a short‑term, full‑time Clinical Research team member in Hendersonville, TN. The position is open to Certified Medical Assistants (CMA, RMA, or CCMA), Registered Nurses, or Licensed Practical Nurses. No prior research experience is required; you will apply your existing healthcare background to support innovative clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent care and a positive experience for patients participating in clinical research studies.
• Guide patients through every step of their visits, including rooming, intake, vitals, ECGs, blood draws, IM injections, and progress notes.
• Administer IM injections safely and accurately.
• Process and ship biological samples according to study protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient charting, reviewing your own work for quality and precision.

Requirements

• Active healthcare certification (CMA, CCMA, RMA, RN, or LPN) required.
• Positive, energetic, and self‑motivated attitude.
• Commitment to exceptional patient care and a welcoming environment.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks with focus and efficiency.
• Ownership of responsibilities from start to finish, demonstrating accountability and reliability.
• Enthusiasm for learning new skills in clinical research.
• Preference for coffee drinkers (tea drinkers accepted).

Schedule

Hours: 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday (standard business hours, no evenings or weekends).
Term: 6–12 weeks (projected 6–8 weeks).
