Contract Medical Literature Reviewer - Cardiology (DynaMed)

About the role

As a Medical Literature Reviewer at EBSCO, your primary responsibility will be to monitor journals within your specialty. You will work closely with the DynaMed Systematic Literature Surveillance (SLS) team to determine whether evidence is appropriate for inclusion in DynaMed.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on evidence within your specialty to determine clinical utility
• Effectively communicate with a wide range of external experts and DynaMed’s highly trained team of writers, clinicians, and scientists
• Commit to working approximately 1- 4 hours per month on a regular basis
• Maintain a high standard of reviewing evidence in a timely manner to help keep DynaMed current

Requirements

• Absolutely must be actively practicing as a Cardiologist
• Must have current board certification (or board eligibility) in good standing
• Show breadth and depth of knowledge in the field through clinical experience and teaching/research

Qualifications

• Familiarity with and interest in evidence-based medicine

• Strong clinical skills

This remote position offers the flexibility to be located anywhere within the U.S. This is a paid position with an hourly rate determined by level of experience, education, and training.

Pay

Pay Range: USD $150.00 - USD $200.00 /Hr.
