Contract Manufacturing Manager, Supplements

About the role

Lead the day-to-day operations of a contract manufacturing facility focused on supplements. Manage a team of production workers and quality assurance personnel. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Oversee the supply chain and logistics to maintain efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers to manage raw material procurement and inventory management.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct regular audits of the manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the pharmaceutical or supplement manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and improving operational efficiencies.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
