Contract Manager II with Security Clearance

Overview

The Contract Manager II provides contracting expertise to the customer PMs and PdMs in areas such as PALT metrics, Procurement Portfolio Management Tool database for the US Army.

Responsibilities

• Aid in establishing contract milestones in coordination with the requiring activity and the Army Contracting Command (ACC).
• Manage the completion of taskers in the ETMS 2 database.
• Coordinate and assist in contract training and community practice to various program managers and the PEO IEWS workforce.
• Assist in document/policy writing during the Integrated Product Team process.
• Assist with Program Status Review up to the Program Executive Office and their staff.
• Attend various milestone and programmatic reviews.
• Act as a liaison between the PMs and ACC, maintaining prime and sub vendor tracking for congressional inquiries and industry engagements.
• Cook with PMs to prepare and complete industry day slide decks.
• Lead and facilitate contractual one-to-end deep dives.
• Routinely route and process RSCA's through various channels for signature.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Business
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in contracting or database management
• DAU Contracting Level II Certified or industry equivalent
• Secret Clearance

Pay

Salary Range: $150K-$174K

The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
