What You Can Expect
- Validate Energy Contracts prior to mailing/emailing to end customers within the established SLAs
- Perform deal closing process, contract validation process, and contract setup process
- Escalate discrepancies to the Sales, using email, phone calls and issue tracking system, relying on knowledge of the Validation process
What You’ll Bring
- A High School Diploma
- Minimum two (2) years of retail energy experience, experience dealing with sales staff and end use customers, preferably related to contract management
- Intermediate to advanced navigation skills to use Microsoft Office products required. Primary daily use of Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with possible overtime and heavy multi-tasking
- Recognize and make recommendation regarding new technology applications that result in some or all the following: reduce process costs, improve throughput, improve company profitability, and improve overall customer satisfaction
