Contract Maintenance Manager

Tasks and Capabilities Required

• Direct daily operations and maintenance activities
• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and resources
• Ensure emergency response capability within one hour
• Review performance metrics and KPI reporting
• Cover outages and high-risk work with hospital staff
• Ensure Joint Commission readiness
• Oversee Quality Control and Safety Programs
• Approve corrective actions and process improvements
• Lead meetings with Government stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all contract requirements

Mandatory Experience and Certifications

• Minimum 5 years of healthcare facility maintenance management experience in bedded inpatient medical facilities
• Minimum 5 years supervising 24/7 operations and maintenance organizations
• Experience managing maintenance, renovation, and repair of healthcare facilities
• Working knowledge of NFPA, OSHA, EPA, and Joint Commission requirements
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• ASHE Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification or obtain within one year of employment

• Must be able to successfully pass, as required, a federal, state, or local government's background investigation
