Contract Litigation Attorney

Seeking two experienced Litigation Contract Attorneys to support a top international AmLaw 10 firm. The ideal candidates will have approximately 3-7 years of substantive litigation experience and professional fluency in Spanish or German. Candidates must be able to analyze complex case materials, prepare clear and concise written briefs and summaries, identify significant legal and factual issues, and provide meaningful insights to the litigation team. ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze case materialsPrepare case briefs, summaries, timelines, and written analysesIdentify key facts, legal issues, risks, and potential case themesProvide substantive insights and recommendations to the litigation teamAnalyze pleadings, discovery materials, correspondence, and other case-related documentsConduct legal research as neededAssist with case strategy and preparationCommunicate findings clearly and effectively to attorneys and other team membersCollaborate with a sophisticated litigation team in a fast-paced environment QualificationsJuris Doctor from an accredited law schoolApproximately 3-7 years of substantive litigation experienceProfessional fluency in Spanish and English, including the ability to review, analyze, and summarize complex legal materials in both languagesStrong case-analysis, legal-research, and writing skillsExperience preparing legal briefs, case summaries, or substantive written analysesAbility to identify significant legal and factual issues and provide practical insightExcellent attention to detail, judgment, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyAvailability for the full duration of the assignmentActive bar admission in California.
