Contract Lifecycle Managment Specialist
Primary Impact
The Contract Lifecycle Management Specialist plays a critical role in protecting and growing recurring revenue by ensuring renewal contracts are executed with precision, accuracy, and strong business judgment. This role requires strong attention to detail and critical thinking to identify risks, resolve discrepancies, and ensure complete alignment across contracts, quotes, and systems.
Accountability
- Manage contracts 60–90 days prior to expiration to ensure timely renewals
- Validate all renewal details including terms, pricing, and contract structure
- Deliver quotes and actively follow through to ensure closure
- Evaluate co-terming, multi-line contracts, and licensing complexities
- Identify inconsistencies across contracts, quotes, and vendor data
- Make informed decisions in ambiguous or incomplete scenarios
- Drive data integrity across systems
- Maintain accurate contract records across systems
- Ensure alignment between contracts, quotes, and invoicing
- Act as a control point for data quality and accuracy
- Partner across teams to reduce risk
- Work closely with sales to confirm renewal strategy and client intent
- Collaborate with vendors and distributors on pricing and contract details
- Communicate proactively to resolve issues before escalation

- Process improvement or automation background
- Experience with co-terming and contract consolidation
- Cisco renewal experience including SmartNet and SaaS
- Familiarity with CCW/CCWR tools and contract structures

Hybrid for employees living in Minnesota

Reporting Relationships
Reports into Revenue Operations Leadership and partners closely with sales
Annual Salary Range
$70,000 to $80,000
