We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if there is real specific content. Use for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content.
From posting:
- Job Duties: includes teaching, coaching, supervising, tutorial assistance, psychomotor skills labs, seminars, coordinate clinical experiences, revise curriculum, manage learning environment, student support, evaluate progress, facilitate program administration, monitor effectiveness, develop partnerships. That's responsibilities/duties.
- Qualifications, Skills, Abilities And Experience: includes Required Qualifications: Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or related field, eligible for registration with CRNS, two years recent relevant nursing experience in emergency nursing, knowledge/experience in adult education, knowledge/experience in distance education and interactive media software, ability to arrange, maintain and evaluate resources, effective communication skills (written and oral), effective interpersonal skills and problem solving skills, effective instructional ability, demonstrates valuing diversity.
- Desired QSA: Effective Communication Skills, Effective Interpersonal Skills, Effective Instructional Ability (courses only), Demonstrates valuing diversity.
- Pay: Contract Rate $60 per hour.
- Schedule: Contract Start Date 09/18/2026, Contract End Date 06/30/2027, Course Dates and Times: Nov. 02-06, 2026; March 08-12, 2027 and June 14-18, 2027. Contract Hours/Contract Hours per Student: 4 hours per student for theory plus 17 hours for lab. Total Contract Hours TBD (but TBD is placeholder, we should not include if only TBD? The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). So we should not include a Schedule section if only TBD? But we have specific dates and contract hours per student. So we can include schedule with those specifics. The total contract hours TBD is placeholder; we could omit that detail or include but not as a heading? The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. If we include a Schedule section, we must ensure the content is not just placeholder. We have specific start/end dates, course dates, contract hours per student. That's substantive. The total contract hours TBD is placeholder; we could either not mention it or mention it but it's okay as part of content? Probably better to omit the TBD line to avoid filler. We can include the other details.
- Benefits: Not mentioned. So no Benefits section.
- About the role: Could be a brief summary? The posting includes "Job Details" with competition number, org code, location, posting title, contract start/end dates, etc. But we should not repeat job title as heading. We could include an "About the role" paragraph summarizing the position: contract instructor for Emergency Nursing program, teaching, coaching, supervising students, etc. However we already have Responsibilities covering duties. About the role could be a short prose summarizing the role. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine About the role and Responsibilities? But they want headings for specific sections. We could include About the role as a brief paragraph, then Responsibilities as a list. That's fine.
- Skills: Could be separate from Qualifications? The posting lumps qualifications, skills, abilities. We could have a Qualifications section (education, registration, experience) and a Skills section (communication, interpersonal, instructional, diversity, distance education, adult education). But we need to avoid duplication. Could combine into one Requirements section? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we have multiple possible headings. We need to decide which to include based on content.
We have:
- About the role: we can write a short paragraph describing the role.
- Responsibilities: list of duties.
- Requirements: maybe combine qualifications and skills? Or we could have Qualifications and Skills separate.
Given the posting includes "Qualifications, Skills, Abilities And Experience" with required qualifications and desired QSA. So we could have:
- Qualifications: education, registration, experience.
- Skills: communication, interpersonal, instructional, valuing diversity, distance education, adult education, ability to arrange resources.
But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe better to have one "Requirements" section that includes both qualifications and skills. However they gave example headings including Qualifications and Skills separate. But we can choose to include only those with substantive content. If we combine, we might lose granularity but still okay. The instruction: "Use

So we can choose.
We need to preserve ALL substantive information. So we must not lose any detail. If we combine, we must still include all details.
Thus we could have:
