Contract Instructor

The Role

You will lead workshops that help learners tell insightful data stories, structure sharper presentations, build clear charts, and make better decisions with data. You will guide participants through frameworks, run interactive exercises, and give hands-on feedback.

What We're Looking For

• At least 10 years of professional experience that includes facilitating, whether or not “facilitator” was your formal job title
• Real industry experience, not just a training background
• The ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and to break down technical or complicated ideas for others
• Comfort working with audiences across a wide range of industries and seniority
• The ability to teach content you didn’t create, and the instinct to pivot with learner questions rather than stick to a script
• The ability to deliver content with genuine energy and presence, hold a room’s attention, inject humor and storytelling when appropriate, and keep participants engaged through multi-hour sessions (both in-person and virtually)
• AI fluency and an interest in teaching others how to use AI as a thought partner
• The ability to connect with learners at every seniority level, from early-career analysts to senior executives

Format and Travel

• Delivery is a mix of virtual and in-person
• Plan to travel to client sites across the Americas for 25-35% of your courses

Schedule

• Total training days and hours depend on demand and are scheduled with at least three weeks' notice
• Work is expected to begin in October or November 2026
