• Sit above traditional document review without Counsel‑level business development expectation.
• Handle eDiscovery case law.
• Manage discovery workflows.
• Address AI‑related issues.
• Consider defensibility considerations.

Requirements

• Possess hands‑on eDiscovery experience.
• Ability to apply legal and practical knowledge to evolving discovery and technology issues.
• Licensed to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction.
