Contract Dermatologist (4-6 hrs/wk)
Description
The Contract Dermatologist provides comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and consultation for patients with skin, hair, and nail conditions. Working closely with our primary care team, you will help improve access to specialty dermatologic services within our community-based ambulatory health center. This flexible contract position averages 4-6 hours per week in direct patient care, with occasional opportunities (approximately 1-2 hours) to provide educational didactic presentations for our Family Medicine Residency Program and other healthcare learners.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
- Current Washington State physician license, or ability to obtain prior to contract start
- Successful completion of an accredited Dermatology Residency
- Board Certification in Dermatology
- Minimum of two (2) years of dermatology practice experience
- Current ACLS, PALS, and/or ALSO certification, as applicable
- Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems
