We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living Webb City for an 8-week local contract. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Help residents with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
- Support residents’ emotional and social needs through meaningful interaction
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident rooms and common areas
- Follow care plans and facility protocols to ensure quality care
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts
- Rotating weekends
- Full-time day and full-time night shifts available
- 8-week local contract
Pay
$25/hour
Notes
This position is intended for local contract CNA candidates. Applicants who live outside of the local area will be responsible for their own housing/lodging and travel-related expenses, including gas and transportation.
