We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living New Florence for an 8-week local contract. As a valued member of our community, Contract CNA will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our residents while working alongside a team-oriented and supportive environment. As a Contract CNA, you will be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing emotional and social support, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Note: This position is intended for local contract Contract CNA candidates. Applicants who live outside of the local area will be responsible for their own housing/lodging and travel-related expenses, including gas and transportation.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Help residents with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
- Support residents’ emotional and social needs through meaningful interaction
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident rooms and common areas
- Follow care plans and facility protocols to ensure quality care
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Pay
$25/hour
Schedule
12hr shifts +Rotating WeekendsFull-Time Day. Full-Time Night
