Responsibilities
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for CMMS platforms, specifically Corrigo, providing system guidance, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Manage complete work order lifecycle including system administration, data integrity, reporting, and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with client CMMS standards to maintain database integrity and standardization.
- Develop and deploy digital inspection forms, assessment tools, and audit protocols supporting facility and engineering teams.
- Execute the Operational Responsibility Matrix (ORM), proactively anticipating and resolving operational issues.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all preventive and corrective maintenance activities using industry best practices.
- Interface with Facility Managers to support tactical planning and team objectives.
- Conduct building inspections including floor walks and shared space assessments ensuring ORM compliance.
- Coordinate with facility vendors and service providers, providing direction to ensure excellent work execution with minimal disruption.
- Provide vendor coaching and training on Corrigo platform usage.
- Communicate call center issues and escalations with the Carrier Corrigo Platform Team.
- Track comprehensive asset information including maintenance history, spare parts inventory, and technical documentation.
- Manage MRO parts ordering process for assigned teams, optimizing efficiency through PM auto-ordering.
- Oversee inventory clerks and physical inventory management as needed.
- Analyze data to continuously optimize maintenance programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or related field.
- Proven experience with CMMS systems, particularly Corrigo.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
- Knowledge of facility management best practices.
- Understanding of asset tracking and inventory management systems.
