Contract Assistant Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for CMMS platforms, specifically Corrigo, providing system guidance, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Manage complete work order lifecycle including system administration, data integrity, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with client CMMS standards to maintain database integrity and standardization.
  • Develop and deploy digital inspection forms, assessment tools, and audit protocols supporting facility and engineering teams.
  • Execute the Operational Responsibility Matrix (ORM), proactively anticipating and resolving operational issues.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all preventive and corrective maintenance activities using industry best practices.
  • Interface with Facility Managers to support tactical planning and team objectives.
  • Conduct building inspections including floor walks and shared space assessments ensuring ORM compliance.
  • Coordinate with facility vendors and service providers, providing direction to ensure excellent work execution with minimal disruption.
  • Provide vendor coaching and training on Corrigo platform usage.
  • Communicate call center issues and escalations with the Carrier Corrigo Platform Team.
  • Track comprehensive asset information including maintenance history, spare parts inventory, and technical documentation.
  • Manage MRO parts ordering process for assigned teams, optimizing efficiency through PM auto-ordering.
  • Oversee inventory clerks and physical inventory management as needed.
  • Analyze data to continuously optimize maintenance programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or related field.
  • Proven experience with CMMS systems, particularly Corrigo.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
  • Knowledge of facility management best practices.
  • Understanding of asset tracking and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
