Contract Analyst

For our client, a leader in the healthcare space, we are seeking a Contract Analyst to join their team. This role focuses on operational priorities including execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft various commercial agreements including customer contracts and NDAs
• Analyze and redline incoming contracts for risks and operational issues
• Manage contract processes using CLM systems for efficiency
• Support internal teams by translating business needs into contract language
• Lead initiatives to streamline legal department operations and contracting efforts

Requirements

• 8+ years of commercial contracting experience, focusing on contract analysis and drafting
• Proficiency in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems
• Exceptional written communication skills for clear contract drafting
• Strong attention to detail for identifying risk and operational issues
• Ability to improve processes and workflows within a legal environment
• Sound business acumen for balancing risk with commercial needs
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
