Contra is looking for a customer support specialist, located in the Philippines, to join our team. You’ll provide world-class support for our growing freelancer and company customer base.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to users and address any issues or questions they have
• Efficiently manage and execute daily operations tasks
• Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner, maintaining high-quality standards
