Continuous Improvement Specialist
What You Will Be Doing
As a key part of the Continuous Improvement team, you'll create impact by Leading cross-functional improvement initiatives that reduce lead times, lower costs, and strengthen quality across our manufacturing operations to support Grundfos's corporate growth goals.
- Create and implement strategies to optimize organizational processes using Lean, Theory of Constraints, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams through root cause analysis and corrective action implementation across Sales, Engineering, Production, Logistics, Quality, and other departments.
- Manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously from concept through execution, providing regular status updates and visibility to leadership.
- Train, mentor, and coach individuals across the organization in CI methodologies, fostering a team-oriented and change-driven culture.
- Leverage data analysis and visualization tools such as Minitab and Power BI to drive informed decision-making and track the impact of implemented changes.
- Champion change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and practices.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position is $72,200 - $102,165. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, process engineering, quality, or continuous improvement.
- Technical proficiency in Lean, Theory of Constraints, and/or Six Sigma process improvement techniques.
- Ability to lead through influence.
- Project planning and management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Computer competency with Microsoft Excel, Minitab, Power BI, and ERP systems.
Preferred:
- Lean, TOC, and/or Six Sigma certification (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt).
- Experience with SAP ERP systems.
- Understanding of pump/rotating equipment principles or knowledge of international standards (HI, UL, FM, NFPA, NSF, CE, DOE).
