About the role

The Continuous Improvement Program Manager will use various trained methodologies to collect feedback, manage change and recommend solutions that deliver short-term and long-term efficiency and effectiveness to the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates various meetings and workshops and reinforces a culture that encourages and supports every employee to identify and deliver continuous improvement in their respective area.
  • Oversees assigned company projects/initiatives both independently and as part of a team.
  • Continuously works to strengthen the level of organizational mutual trust and respect.
  • Partners with team members from headquarters, field offices and leadership to promote, facilitate and improve the OFI (Opportunity for Improvement) process.
  • Documents change management activities in the appropriate system of record.
  • Applies a working knowledge of change management methodologies, such as but not specific or limited to the Adizes methodology, to problem-solving, decision-making and integrating cross-functional teams.
  • Led projects and recommends solutions that will deliver a return on investment.
  • Presents ideas, strategies, solution recommendations and thoughts in a thorough and concise manner.
  • Creates a high performance environment by completing timely follow-up and executing established plans.
  • Promotes successful technology implementation, training, optimization and ongoing assessment of effectivity and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assists in the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitates problem-solving sessions and other meetings both remotely/electronically and in-person.
  • Uses a variety of strategies and tools to collect, analyze, and organize stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field is strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of business office experience, required
  • 1+ years of experience in leadership / management, required
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to change
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of technology, systems and applications, especially Microsoft Office
  • Dynamic speaker, presenter and facilitator who is comfortable presenting to both small and large groups, including Executive Leadership
  • Proficiency in the English language required
