Continuous Improvement Manager

About the role

Establish and lead a culture of continuous improvement within the facility. Oversee quality and reliability systems, supporting safety initiatives and compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal audits, incident tracking, and participate in customer audits and new item processes.
• Build strong relationships with production supervisors to enhance manufacturing and quality systems using reliability tools.
• Support safety programs, incident investigations, and safety orientations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-4 years manufacturing experience, preferably in corrugated or converting environments.

Skills

• Proven ability to develop and manage high-performance teams and work systems.
• Knowledge of policies, customer quality expectations, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, business insight, results-driven mindset, and ability to manage complexity.
