Continuous Improvement Manager
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

We need to decide what to list as lists. The Essential Duties And Responsibilities have bullet-like paragraphs with percentages. Could treat each duty as list item. Similarly Qualifications: list of required and preferred. Benefits: list of benefits.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. Preserve all substantive info. So we need to include all details from the posting.
Let's extract content:

We need to remove EEO boilerplate at end.
Now produce HTML.
We need sections: About the role (maybe combine Company Overview, Division Overview, Position Summary?). Could have About the role as a prose paragraph summarizing role? But we must not invent. We could have separate sections: About the role (maybe Position Summary). Responsibilities (Essential Duties). Requirements (Qualifications). Benefits.
We could also include a section "Company Overview" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must use those headings only. So we need to map content to those.
Thus:
- About the role: could include Company Overview, Division Overview, Position Summary? But that might be too much. However we need to preserve all substantive info; we can put them in About the role as prose.
- Responsibilities: Essential Duties.
- Requirements: Required qualifications.
- Qualifications: Preferred qualifications? Actually we already used Qualifications for required; but we have both Required and Preferred. Could treat Requirements as required, Qualifications as preferred? Or we could combine required and preferred under Qualifications and leave Requirements empty? But we must not create empty sections. So we need to decide.
We have two categories: Required and Preferred. Could put Required under Requirements, Preferred under Qualifications. That seems logical.
Skills: Could be part of Qualifications? But we might not have separate skills section; we could omit Skills if no specific skills beyond those listed. However we have skills like communication, data analysis, etc. Those are in qualifications. Could we create a Skills section listing those? Might be redundant but we could. However instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So better to combine.
Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits.
We need to ensure we don't create Pay or Schedule.
Now format.
About the role: combine Company Overview, Division Overview, Position Summary into prose paragraphs. Use
for each paragraph.
Responsibilities: Use
- for each duty item. Could group by category but still list items. We'll keep percentages maybe as part of item text.
Requirements: list required qualifications as
- .
Qualifications: list preferred qualifications as
- .
Benefits: list benefits as
- . Include the link maybe as part of a benefit item? Could keep as separate
after list? But instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So benefits list should be
- . The link "More information can be found here: https://myitwhr.com/" is not a benefit but a reference; could be a
after list.
Now produce HTML.
Check for any boilerplate removed: EEO statements removed. Also removed "Work Environment & Physical Requirements" because not in allowed headings; but we need to preserve that substantive info. Where to put it? Could be part of About the role or Responsibilities? It's about work environment. Could be included in About the role as a paragraph. But we must preserve all substantive info. So we need to include it somewhere. Since we don't have a heading for it, we can incorporate it into About the role as a paragraph.
Thus About the role will contain company overview, division overview, position summary, and work environment & physical requirements.
Now craft content.
Let's write About the role paragraph(s):
