WHAT WE SEEK

  • Proven experience in operations management, process improvement, and Lean methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and optimize workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proficient in project management, with the ability to estimate production times, staffing needs, and related costs.
  • Solid understanding of compliance regulations, SOPs, and quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leverage Lean Manufacturing Certification and proficiency in Industrial Engineering tools (Time Studies, Workflow Analysis, Pareto Charts, etc.).
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
