About the role
The Continuous Improvement Lead will be responsible for advancing measurable improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and cost within operations and functional areas. This role leads and facilitates continuous improvement initiatives, helps build a problem-solving culture, leverage performance results to identify improvement target areas. Kaizen facilitation, value stream mapping, and developing team members is a core responsibility of the role.
Responsibilities
- Plan, facilitate, and lead Kaizen workshop events from charter through implementation of countermeasures.
- Monitor and manage KPIs related to yield, throughput, scrap, cost, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to identify and advance improvement opportunities.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing yield and optimizing processes.
