Continuous Improvement Engineer
Responsibilities
Design and develop innovative solutions in the sports construction design space and see them through from concept to production to installation;
Specify and design components, sub-assemblies, hardware, and bill of materials (BOM) for improvements of varying scales;
Interface with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations, Vendors & Customers regarding Engineering changes and improvements;
Produce engineering and customer documentation/drawings for prototype & production releases, as well as customer focused documentation, such as Install Instructions or Cut Sheets;
Continuously evolve and seek out processes and designs to improve efficiencies and reduce cost;
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent work ethic within a team-first environment;
- Must have attention to detail with high quality output;
- Must be able to effectively prioritize tasks and minimize distractions;
- Familiar with ERP systems a plus;
- Familiar with Steel and Aluminum Fabrication and Machining processes a plus;
- Familiar with CAD Software (Solidworks preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or related discipline;
- 5+ years equivalent design and/or manufacturing experience also considered;
- Entry level I and mid-career level II positions available. Level is based off experience/knowledge.
Skills
- Familiar with ERP systems;
- Familiar with Steel and Aluminum Fabrication and Machining processes;
- Familiar with CAD Software (Solidworks preferred).

Pay
$65000.00 - $85000.00 annually.
