Continuous Improvement Champion

About the role

The Continuous Improvement Champion is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives within the Wayne Wire Cloth team. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process enhancement and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct root cause analysis on process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new processes and procedures.
• Support the implementation of lean and six sigma methodologies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a continuous improvement or operations management role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with lean and/or six sigma methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• Process mapping and analysis skills.
• Project management experience.
