Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary professional learning and personal enrichment experiences through classes in Normal, Pontiac, and Lincoln.
- Teach courses that align with Heartland Community College's programming needs.
- Engage with students to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
- Have an area of expertise and a passion for teaching.
- Provide details of any industry credentials you possess.
- Be willing to discuss your proposed course with Laurie Mueller, Director, Continuing Education Programming.
Qualifications
- Experience in relevant field or equivalent education and training.
- Ability to teach effectively and engage students.
- Passion for continuing education and personal enrichment.
Skills
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles.

Pay
The generally anticipated payrate is $30 - $35 per contact hour or above.
Schedule
Hours and schedule are flexible and can be discussed during the interview process.
