Qualifications
- Previous experience in restoration, contents restoration, insurance claims, project coordination, or a related field preferred
- Need to be able to move items from trucks to homes and back as much as 50lbs to 100lbs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
