Primary Responsibilities
- Cook up and oversee daily contents production, including pack-outs, cleaning, and restoration.
- Achieve accurate documentation, photography, and tracking of all customer belongings.
- Maintain production schedules and hit completion deadlines for contents projects.
- Handle the overall customer and client experience and boost customer satisfaction during each project.
- Clarify processes, set expectations, and address customer concerns and complaints promptly.
- Create and manage project scopes of work, estimates, and scope and pricing approvals with customers and adjusters.
- Schedule crews, subcontractors, and resources to deliver efficient service on active projects.
- Lead daily Work-in-Progress meetings to update staff and coordinate resources.
- Create and manage project labor budgets, timelines, and job costing analysis to ensure profitability.
- Oversee and manage crew and subcontractor performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure work is performed satisfactorily and job sites are left clean and orderly.
- Manage and review accurate job file documentation and stay aware of all project statuses.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and memorialize external communication in the project file.
- Manage operational, labor, and reimbursement expenses according to budget.
- Manage procurement of operating supplies to maintain adequate on-hand inventory.
- Manage the maintenance and care of all equipment, tools, and assigned work vehicles.
- Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
- Recruit, train, coach, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for assigned staff.
- Pursue ongoing professional development and maintain SERVPRO brand compliance.
Position Requirements
- A high school diploma/GED is required.
- Two to four years of contents or restoration production experience is preferred.
- IICRC certifications are preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills are necessary.
- The position requires being able to work in person and travel to job sites as needed.
- The position is available for weekend and after-hours on-call rotation.
- The candidate must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States and able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
Physical Demands
- Combination of office-based and jobsite work.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching at jobsites; occasionally climbing ladders and stairs.
- Frequent driving to and between jobsites and office locations.
- Lifting and carrying of up to 30 pounds; occasionally more with assistance.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when on jobsites.
- Occasional exposure to jobsite conditions such as heat, cold, dust, moisture, and noise.
- Close and distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Physical stamina to move between sites and remain active throughout the day.
