Responsibilities
- Travel to properties to inspect personal property claims and create detailed inventory lists of damaged or lost items.
- Handle assignments involving vandalism, fire, or water damage.
- Work in various environments, including those that may be dirty, have exposed ceilings, lack electricity, or be affected by weather and temperature conditions.
- Coordinate your own travel arrangements, ensuring you can travel a minimum of 180 miles one way from your current location.
- Be available to be on-site within 24–48 hours of first contact with the policyholder.

- Strong customer service skills.
- Professionalism and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Empathy and compassion toward policyholders during difficult situations.
- Reliable mobile phone and computer with internet/Wi-Fi access.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively (180 miles one way).
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills to manage fluctuating workloads during seasonal volume changes and catastrophe events.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and client interaction.
