About the role

At PuroClean of Central Southwest Houston, we are dedicated to providing top-notch emergency property restoration services, helping families and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other property damage. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a 'One Team' mentality, managing production crews and job assignments while following PuroClean® production guidelines
• Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, ensuring clear communication with the Operations Manager and Owner
• Manage job schedules, completing documentation in a timely manner
• Maintain production costs within the established rate
• Exceed customer expectations by providing world-class service
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, representing the PuroClean brand with professionalism and care
• Oversee production processes, ensuring jobs meet customer needs and adhere to company guidelines
• Ensure job sites are orderly and comply with safety and uniform policies
• Complete job files promptly, ensuring accurate records are kept and production costs are managed
• Address customer concerns in a professional manner, working closely with the Contents Division Manager and Owner to resolve issues

Qualifications

• Proficiency with contents-related equipment and software used in property restoration
• Ability to manage and enforce safety guidelines both on-site and during travel
• Strong aptitude for record-keeping and clear communication with staff and clients
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and building strong teams to ensure high performance
• Ability to develop lasting client relationships and maintain excellent customer service
• 3 to 5 years' experience
• Must have a valid Driver's License

Pay

Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience.
