Key Responsibilities
- Write high-quality content including: Blog posts, Customer stories and case studies, White papers and eBooks, Solution pages and website copy, Sales enablement materials (one-pagers, decks, email content), Thought leadership articles
- Translate complex technical topics (media workflows, asset management, cloud, AI, metadata, etc.) into clear, engaging narratives.
- Audit and optimize content for SEO, LLM and digital performance.
- Repurpose content across channels (website, email, social, campaigns).
- Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and messaging across all content.
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of content writing experience in B2B technology
- Strong background in media, broadcast, or video production industry
- Proven ability to write about technical topics clearly and accurately
- Experience working with subject matter experts and translating technical concepts
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Preferred Experience
- Media asset management (MAM) systems
- Newsroom systems
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
- Video production and post-production workflows
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
- Experience writing for global audiences
