Responsibilities

• Develop original written materials for websites, email campaigns, social platforms, and other digital marketing channels tailored to target audiences.
• Craft persuasive brand and promotional messaging that strengthens engagement and supports broader content marketing goals.
• Edit and refine copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, readability, and alignment with established voice and style standards.
• Produce accessible content that meets usability expectations and supports inclusive communication practices.
• Partner with marketing and internal stakeholders to plan, shape, and deliver content initiatives across multiple formats.
• Build and maintain content aligned with strategic objectives, including branded, editorial, and multimedia storytelling needs.
• Adapt writing approaches for technical, promotional, and audience-specific communications while preserving clarity and impact.
• Review existing digital content and recommend enhancements that improve performance, user experience, and message effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a closely related role.
• Demonstrated ability to create high-quality copy for web pages, email campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills with careful attention to tone, grammar, and detail.
• Experience developing branded and promotional content that supports content strategy and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices for digital content creation.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Strong understanding of content development for online channels, including digital and social platforms.
