Responsibilities
- Create content for blogs, social media, emails, video scripts, campaigns, ads, case studies, press releases, event content, and web content
- Take complicated content and make it more easily understandable
- Research and develop a working understanding of the company’s target audiences, industries, and use cases to create content that is aligned with our marketing objectives
- Interview customers and colleagues to produce stories that support the company’s positioning
- Iterate on content based on performance data, feedback, and evolving business priorities
- Support the Communications team with content for press releases and third-party publications
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience creating B2B content
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field
- Exceptional writing skills and understanding of the English language, grammar, syntax, and information organization
- Strong attention to detail
- Openness to feedback and revising content based on constructive feedback and marketing goals
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong ability to understand, analyze, and communicate technical subject matter
- Knowledge of best practices in SEO, digital marketing, and social media
- Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence
