Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and optimize high-impact content across owned channels: website, blog, product documentation, newsletters, and social media.
- Translate technical features (APIs, dashboards, automations) into benefit-driven, audience-tailored messaging for non-technical buyers and operators.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align content with go-to-market campaigns, product launches, and customer success goals.
- Own content calendars, conduct keyword research, and apply SEO best practices to drive organic growth and engagement.
- Refine tone-of-voice and content standards across the brand—ensuring consistency, clarity, and brand differentiation.
- Repurpose long-form content into snackable assets (social posts, email snippets, infographics) to maximize reach and retention.
