Content Writer — AI Products & Strategy

About the role

We are looking for a sharp, curious writer who can research AI products and interfaces, understand how they work at a practical level, and translate that into compelling written content. You will write blog posts, social media updates, product descriptions, and thought-leadership pieces that help Bornbee communicate clearly about AI enablement, automation, and the practical impact of AI on business operations. You should be comfortable working independently, conducting your own research, and producing work that is both technically accurate and engaging for a non-technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze AI products and interfaces
• Write blog posts, social media updates, product descriptions, and thought-leadership pieces
• Translate technical concepts into engaging content for a non-technical audience
• Conduct independent research to support written content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging and tone

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in writing and/or journalism
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience in creating content for digital platforms
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
