About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented visual designer with a strong eye for aesthetics and composition. You will create social media graphics, marketing visuals, presentation decks, and brand assets across multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with the content and growth teams to maintain visual consistency across all Bornbee touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Create social media graphics, marketing visuals, and brand assets
• Design presentation decks
• Edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) for social media
• Translate briefs into polished, on-brand designs quickly
• Maintain visual consistency across all digital platforms

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing for digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X)
• Understanding of what makes content stop the scroll
