Content Strategy & Merchandising Coordinator
About the role
The Content Strategy & Merchandising Coordinator is a key part of the content team, responsible for content development and acquisitions across FOX's direct-to-consumer product. Serving as both a strategic collaborator and an operational anchor, this role helps shape the overarching content strategy across sports, entertainment, and news to ensure the digital ecosystem remains fresh, engaging, and competitive. The ideal candidate possesses a strong editorial eye, a passion for the evolving media landscape, and a unique ability to translate complex data and business priorities into actionable decisions and visually compelling executive narratives.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the SVP, including proactive calendar and time management, meeting planning, and general office duties
- Act as a core operational liaison across FOX business units and external companies to support content integrations and strategic alignments
- Contribute to shaping the platform’s overarching content strategy by evaluating upcoming opportunities, analyzing external materials, and identifying white spaces in the content diet
- Support the onboarding and delivery process for the podcast initiative, ensuring all creative assets are being made available on the platform and partner channels accurately and timely
- Assess and distribute comprehensive engagement metrics and trend reports to partners to provide data-backed insights for executive strategy readouts
- Translate complex data and high-level ideas into clear, visually compelling strategic narratives by owning the creation of executive-level decks and presentation materials

Qualifications
A regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is an essential function of the position. Selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

Pay
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $23.50-43.27 per hour.
