Key Responsibilities
- Develop content strategies aligned to audience needs, campaigns, and organizational priorities.
- Cook up content planning across digital channels, programs, and stakeholder requirements.
- Use analytics and performance feedback to refine message delivery and content effectiveness.
- Partner with writers, designers, and outreach teams to support integrated communications.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Mid (7-10 yrs), Senior (10-15 yrs).
- Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role and work with sensitive but unclassified information.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality digital, visual, written, or user-experience deliverables relevant to the role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting public sector, defense, or mission-focused digital communications programs.
- Familiarity with audience analytics, user-centered design, accessibility, and content performance measurement.
- Experience collaborating across content, design, stakeholder engagement, social media, and campaign teams.
