Content Senior Specialist

About the role

This role will drive search and content-led growth initiatives that improve visibility, acquisition, and measurable demand. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a content strategy for a specific industry vertical
• Lead the planning and creation of on-brand content across the customer journey
• Drive brand awareness through strategic content programs
• Optimize content for SEO and AEO, tracking performance on key metrics
• Partner with demand generation teams to support content-driven initiatives
• Contribute to corporate positioning and messaging with a vertical-specific focus
• Provide content strategy support for executive leadership engagements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• 6+ years of experience as a content strategist, content marketer, or related role
• Expertise in content strategy with strong analytical skills
• Hands-on experience with SEO strategy and knowledge of AEO
• Experience tracking and reporting on share of voice and brand awareness metrics
• Alignment of content strategy with demand generation goals

Pay

$109,500 – $138,500 annually
