About the role

Contract position for a Consumer Reviewer, fully remote, with a commitment of 10‑40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Read sample questions about government services and assess their authenticity.
• Review AI‑generated answers for clarity and helpfulness.
• Provide honest, specific feedback in your own words.
• Suggest improvements to make questions or answers more understandable.

Requirements

• Have strong relevant experience with Medicare or another government service.
• Comfortable with basic online tasks.
• Ability to provide clear, honest feedback.

Pay

$50 - $150/hour

Schedule
