Media Consulting Location: Remote - United States Job Type: Full Time Salary: $50,000-$60,000 per year About The Role The Content Moderation Specialist will review assigned content against documented guidelines, record moderation decisions, and escalate ambiguous or sensitive cases through the appropriate review process. Key Responsibilities Evaluate assigned content using the applicable policy and review standards.Document review outcomes clearly enough that another reviewer can understand the basis for the decision.Route uncertain or exceptional cases to the designated escalation path for additional judgment.Keep moderation queues, case status, and supporting notes accurate and current.Review quality feedback and adjust future work when a policy interpretation is clarified.Maintain confidentiality when working with restricted content or user-related information. Qualifications Practical familiarity with Marketing Coordination, Content Scheduling, and Social Media.Consistent accuracy when working with Campaign Support and Reporting.Clear written communication and disciplined documentation habits.Ability to manage assigned work, deadlines, and follow-up without making unsupported assumptions.Comfort coordinating remotely through shared systems and written communication.
