About the role

We're seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead Adaption's content strategy. Reporting to the marketing team, you'll collaborate closely with founders, product, and design to craft compelling content that appeals to developers and technical decision-makers. Your responsibilities will include defining narratives, building GTM content suites, managing the content calendar, and optimizing social media presence.

Responsibilities

  • Define the narrative: Establish foundational pitches and differentiate key sales plays for technical and business audiences.
  • Build the GTM content suite: Create and maintain a comprehensive library of materials including business and technical pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and partner/customer newsletters.
  • Own the content calendar and social presence: Plan and execute across various platforms like blog, email, LinkedIn, and X. Run and optimize paid social campaigns.
  • Track and iterate: Monitor content performance, use data to refine narratives, improve assets, and boost pipeline velocity. Incorporate customer and field insights into product and marketing positioning.
  • Support SEO: Work with the growth team to optimize blog posts and landing pages for search engines while maintaining quality and voice.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or a related field at an AI, SaaS, or developer tools company.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly and engage both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience producing GTM materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, blogs, newsletters, and sales narratives.
  • Comfortable working with technical products and teams; you don't need to be an engineer, but you can have substantive conversations with them.
  • Proven ability to manage a content calendar and handle multiple workstreams efficiently.
  • Data-driven mindset: track performance, form opinions based on data, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where the playbook is still evolving.
