What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of content managers and content development specialists across disciplines including video, visual design, digital, events, email, and customer communications
- Define and drive content strategy for Industrial Products globally, spanning the full energy storage and power hardware portfolio
- Own narrative and go-to-market positioning for product launches, campaigns, and key customer touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Executive teams to translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling stories
- Build and maintain scalable content operations: editorial calendars, production workflows, briefing processes, and cross-functional review cycles
- Develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, naming, and audience segmentation strategies
- Oversee creation of sales collateral, white papers, presentations, event experiences, and digital content
- Drive executive and industry thought leadership content — positioning Tesla's industrial energy business in the market through external channels, conferences, and publications
- Measure and report on content performance and audience engagement to iterate and improve strategy
- Set high standards for quality, consistency, and execution speed across all content channels
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of experience in content, product marketing, or communications — including 3+ years leading a multi-disciplinary team
- Proven track record of creating compelling narratives for complex technical or B2B products
- Experience in energy, infrastructure, industrial technology, or adjacent sectors strongly preferred
- Strong people leadership with the ability to inspire, develop, and grow a high-performing team across creative and strategic disciplines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong instinct for visual storytelling
- Comfortable working at the intersection of engineering, commercial, and creative teams — earns credibility with all three
- Data-literate — comfortable using engagement and performance data to drive content decisions
- Passion for clean energy and the transition to a sustainable global energy infrastructure
