White Circle is an AI Safety company developing the safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems. Our platform includes policies—simple natural-language rules defining AI model behavior. We automatically test, enforce, and continuously improve these policies at scale. We've raised $11M from leading investors including OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Mistral, DeepMind, Datadog, and Sentry.

What You'll Do

  • Own White Circle's content strategy and editorial direction.

  • Turn customer conversations into case studies, customer stories, and reference materials.

  • Interview customers, partners, founders, and engineers to uncover insights worth sharing.

  • Create technical and non-technical content explaining AI safety, evaluation, governance, and reliability.

  • Develop launch narratives for new products, features, and research initiatives.

  • Support sales conversations and market positioning with the GTM team.

  • Build repeatable processes for content creation, publication, and distribution.

  • Experiment with new formats, channels, and ways of reaching technical audiences.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional writing skills.

  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics without oversimplification.

  • Strong editorial judgment.

  • Experience identifying and publishing valuable content.

  • Comfortable conducting interviews with executives, engineers, researchers, and customers.

  • Experience creating content for technical audiences.

  • Fluency in English.
